We are two blocks away from the I95 ramp, which will take you downtown or to the neighboring towns within 10-20 minutes. There's not a lot of traffic on the street, which makes it a peaceful place to sleep at night.

Guest access

Guests will enjoy a smooth and easy self-check-in using a secure lockbox; details will be sent just before your arrival. You will have private and exclusive access to the entire first-floor home. This includes your own private laundry facilities located in the basement. Free parking is available in the paved lot at the back of the home. Please note this parking area and the backyard are shared with the upstairs tenants.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests' privacy, so you can enjoy the space uninterrupted. We are available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. A long-term tenant resides in the separate second-floor unit.

Other things to note

Multi-Family Home: This is a two-family home. A long-term tenant resides in the second-floor unit, which has a completely separate entrance. You will have full privacy.
Security: For your safety, an active Ring security camera is located on the exterior of the property. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
Accessibility: Please note there are five steps leading up to the front entrance of this first-floor unit.
