The neighbourhood

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and just a block away from the Holly Pond waterfront. We are two blocks away from the I95 ramp, which will take you downtown or to the neighboring towns within 10-20 minutes. There's not a lot of traffic on the street, which makes it a peaceful place to sleep at night.

Guest access

Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our lockbox will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am. There is a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled.

Guests will have full access to the first-floor home, as well as the basement, where the laundry is located. Guests will also have access to the backyard.

Our private parking lot is at the back of the home and is shared with the upstairs tenants with plenty of spaces always available.

Other things to note

1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) Please note that this is a multi-family home, there is a second unit (long-term rental) on the top floor with completely separate access. You will have almost no interaction with them and full privacy.
