The space

Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the patio as the sun rises and then gaze up at the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub!

This luxury house was designed to have a Moroccan feel to echo the desert background. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the main bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite, and the two other bedrooms both have queen beds and share the full bathroom in the hallway. Guests will find fully stocked linens, towels, and toiletries.

The home has no shortage of cozy seating options. Relax in the swinging chairs, curl up on the couch by the fireplace, or enjoy the fresh air outside in one of our comfy cushioned seats.

Our modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including cabinets stocked with spices and cooking essentials, and plenty of high-end appliances. The indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably; there are dining options outside as well.

The private, fully-fenced backyard has games, lots of seating, and a hot tub! This is an excellent place to relax and unwind or have fun with your family and friends. Pets will love the space too! Check out our game room in a converted shipping container, now complete with ping pong and other games!

There is a laundry room in the home with complimentary detergent.

Need to work during your stay? The large dining table can double as a dedicated workspace!

This property is located in a desert climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.

Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

We are located in a quiet, laid-back residential neighborhood just 5 minutes from Joshua Tree’s main strip. Along the main road in Joshua Tree, you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more! About a 10-minute drive away you will find the entrance to Joshua Tree State Park.

We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing & floodlight pointing at the driveway/street. Cameras record per motion-activation & operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property.

Guest access

Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am.

Guests have access to the entire property. There is a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled.

Interaction with guests

Other things to note

1) PLEASE respect our neighbors. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise travels in the thin desert air. NO outside noise after 10pm.
2) NO FIRES OR FIRE PITS ALLOWED per the San Bernardino County Fire Department. There is a controlled wood fire pit that is on the property which is okay.
3) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
4) Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by the host.
5) We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing & floodlight pointing at the driveway/street. Cameras record per motion-activation & operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.
