? About the Space
This beautiful modern farmhouse sits on 1.25 acres of private, fully fenced land — perfect for families, groups, or friends traveling together. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main house, plus a detached game room/4th bedroom for extra space and entertainment.

Main Bedroom: Two king beds + ensuite bathroom
2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed, sharing a full hallway bathroom
Game Shed / 4th Bedroom: Pool table, seating area, and loft with a floor mattress (sleeps 1)
(Note: the game shed does not have a bathroom)
Additional Options: Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and daybed (sleeps 1) in the living area
Each bedroom has a large closet, and the home is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.

The cozy living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, soft blankets, and a Smart TV for movie nights. The modern kitchen includes an electric stove, stainless steel appliances, coffee, spices, and cooking essentials. Guests can dine indoors at the 8-seat dining table, or enjoy meals outside under the covered patio.

We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing & floodlight pointing at the driveway/gate/street. Cameras record per motion-activation & operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.
Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am.
Guests have access to the entire property. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled.
The garage is occupied, therefore parking is available on the driveway (up to 4 cars) and on the road alongside the house (up to 3 cars).
1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and the pool must be used at your own risk. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the pool. No jumping, diving, running, or rough play near the pool area. No glass in the pool.
4) Extra guests beyond 10 must be requested and will incur a $50 per person per night cost.

**The house runs on well water, we do have a filtration system. However, tap water is not suggested for drinking purposes.
** Wildlife Disclosure: This property is in a tropical Florida climate. It’s rare but possible to encounter local wildlife such as lizards, iguanas, raccoons, or insects. We provide regular pest control and will respond promptly if anything is spotted.
