Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am.
Guests have access to the entire property. There are a maximum of 8 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled.
1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to.
