Enjoy the perfect mix of comfort and style in our newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Thoughtfully decorated with modern furniture, new appliances, and elegant finishes, it’s designed for easy living and memorable gatherings.

Dine at the table for six in the separate dining room for a cozy meal together.

We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing & floodlight pointing at the driveway/street. Cameras record per motion-activation & operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.

Guest access

Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am.

Guests have access to the entire property. There are a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled.

There are parking spaces for 3-4 cars in the driveway and garage. Please do not park on the lawn.

Interaction with guests

The host manages remotely and will only be available via text & calls.

Other things to note

1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by the host.

** Wildlife Disclosure: This property is in a tropical Florida climate. It’s rare but possible to encounter local wildlife such as lizards, iguanas, raccoons, or insects. We provide regular pest control and will respond promptly if anything is spotted.
